Due to the nature of the products of Broken Brain Woodworking there is a no refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with your product or have a problem, please reach out to us so that we can make it right. We make every effort to assure that you are happy with your purchase.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping. We offer free shipping on most of our products. Local pick up/delivery is available within a reasonable distance.
